Looks awesome, and a good price.I smoke and braise beef short ribs all the time, but I think this is the first time i have cooked beef plate short ribs. Went on the RT-340 this morning at 10:00, Kingsford maple pellets in the hopper, LJ pecan pellets in the smoke tube at 225*l cooked them to 205* about 16:00, let them rest wrapped in foil and a towel in a cooler for an hour. Absolutely perfect. My wife doesn’t normally care for short ribs, but she absolutely loved these.
