Which pellets did you use?

BION, we only use Alder in the Hooper
We go through hundreds of pounds of Alder
If we do want an add Flavor or more Smoke, I'll add a flavored Wood Pellet in a Smoke Tube, which is good for approx 4-5 hours of added Smoke
BUT, I didn't use the Smoke Tube on this Brisket, just the Alder
