My balls I stopped heating. I cleaned out the hopper and when I cut the bull’s-eye on the auger is not feeding. When I looked at the auger and in the firebox it looks like there is some clumped up pallets which may be the result of having had it rain here a lot and I left the pellets in there, and we were away so probably did not use it for a month. Any easy solution to getting in and cleaning out the auger? I tried using a coat hanger from the firebox end and try to vacuum on it I got a little bit but I think that the clumped pellet dust is what’s blocking the auger feed.

If the material stuck in the auger is too hard start spraying water on it to soften it up.
