Where to purchase beef plate ribs

I get mine at costco. they seem to have piles almost every time I go - except at christmas...

I've never seen them at our Costco. But I'll ask when I'm able to get there. Thanks.

I’ve had the snakeriver beef ribs. They are excellent but expensive. All their meats are good.

Thank you for the link. Those are short ribs, which are wonderful as well. I'm looking for the beef plate ribs. The big dino bones. I am going to mask up today and head to Restaurant Depot to see if I can locate them. First time out in public in 1 1/2 months. Enjoy your ribs!

I found my beef plate ribs. We went to Restaurant Depot and they had two packs left. Very little meat on the shelves. And they did a great job with social distancing. So excited to cook these. Thank you all for your great suggestions!

There is less meat in the cases in general. People panic and hoard. Damn them. Maybe i can trade some of the 3000 cases of toilet paper i have for some good beef? ??
