What are you cooking this 4th of July Holiday Weekend ?

about to wrap these shoulders and add the 5th mini one. the grill is smoking hard with lumberjack oak and kingsford hickory mixed. i put a smoke tube in but i think its all gone now.

Did 4 racks of St Louis ribs.
2 traditional rub.
2 Asian inspired.
No wrap.
Apple juice spritz.
225° took about 6 hours.

Finally sitting down to say Happy 4th of July to you all.

happy 4th to everyone. hope its been a good one. we had pulled pork today. got a good deal on the butts so cooked an extra one and gave it to the neighbors. hopefully they enjoy it.

My wife wanted a low country boil…I said I’d rather not. They are kind of a pain in the butt. She then found a recipe on traegers website (sorry for using the “T” word) for a Cajun broil. Basically all the ingredients for a low country boil but done on the pellet grill. I was skeptical but I have to admit it came out great. Sorry, I forgot to snap a pic. But if you look it up on the website it looked damn near identical. If your looking for something different I recommend giving it a try.

My LapTop went in for its (required) annual Service on the 3rd and I just got it back today .... 30 minute service my @$$ ! ! ! :mad:
