What’s everyone smoking for Christmas

They look great, question about your seasoned butter, you list one tbs garlic, is that powder or the real thing? As far as the rest go the same quantity or just your own taste? Thanks, I have been waiting to do prime rib but never had a good recipe for the rub and I like the way yours is put together.
That is a Tablespoon of each per 8 pounds: Pepper, Rosemary, Salt and Thyme
That is ground Dehydrated Garlic
The others are ground or finely chopped too
Soften Butter, not melted
Mixed together into like a "Frosting"
Have a safe Christmas
Hope that helps

9lb spiral ham (will double smoke it) working on test running some glaze for it.
And picked up a rack of Lamb lollipops, will get some smoke on them, then get them on the flat top for some/sear/crust.
