Spam is a staple at our house for pre-rugby match breakfasts. My boys have loved it since they were little, and are convinced that Spam and egg sandwiches are the stuff that makes them win each weekend. it has nothing to do with the 5 days a week they practice/train. Its gotta be the Spam!

Well not something to cook and most probably were not into it, the pre 1980’s Chunky. Loved as a kid, then big business screwed it.

Most things have changed and not for the better, all for profit.

Fried Bologna Sandwiches.
(Pan fried bologna (with garlic powder), buttered/toasted buns, mustard and ketchup, provolone cheese)
I went back to making those during the height of the Plandemic due to the SPAM shelves being empty.
STILL love them!
