Finishing wings in an Air Fryer

On Super Bowl Sunday, I smoked my wings for 2 hours at 200F. Then, air fried them at 390F for 5 minutes. Then tossed in sauce. I was please with the outcome.

That doesn’t mean I won’t try other methods in the future but at least I know this method works too.
