Welcome to the recteq family. Lots of good information here. We got our 700 this summer and have put a lot of meat on it as well as veggies, casseroles, bread, and cookies. May take a bit to learn your grill but it took me longer to learn a charcoal and a wood burner, never used a gas burner. We (I) am thinking about the thanksgiving bird on it this year.
