My 590 won’t connect to WiFi.
any suggestions?

Make sure you have a 2.4 Ghz frequency internet network. You may need to have it split. Call Brandon at recteq tech. support.

Itsahog: I'm a knucklehead and couldn't figure this out. Give them a call on the customer service line, or send an email to "Contact Us". I sent the email and within about ten minutes Brandon was on the phone with me. He walked me through the steps, step by step, while I was on the phone with him. He was massively patient, and I had it connected to the 2.4Ghz thing in about 5 minutes.

I had to go to Cox and get a extender. It’s only on the side of my 2 car garage. The router is right against the exterior wall too!
