why did Rec Tec change to Rec Teq?

I just noticed this and am curious. I see that all their grills still say Rec Tec but the masthead on the website has changed from a c to a q.... Has it always been this way and I've just not noticed?

Just recently happen, legal issues with the TEC name.

I think they decided they had better trademark their name as they are getting more well-known, and then discovered another company had already trademarked the name. While doing some searches, I ran across some website references to a company named Rectec that makes crash analysis software and I suspect that's the company that beat our guys to the trademark.
