Stampede super bowl crisis brand new rt-590

Hello,

my name is Claude. I purchased a stampede a month ago. Cleaned it today. went tonight to run a 12 hour smoke for a few pork shoulders. go to turn it on no power at all. tried three diffent outlets 2 different extension chords nothing. no lights the display flashed and went off. I'm kinda panicking I have 15 pounds of pork. I guess I'll use the oven. Any Ideas?

If you feel comfortable doing this, the bottom panel below the pellet hopper is removable by taking out the screws around the box perimeter. It drops straight down once the screws are out. Lying on your back you look up and will see the control board. Make sure all the wires/plugs are connected. That's all I've got other than to suggest you call one of the numbers that came with the paperwork, they promise to answer/return calls around the clock.
