The ABT’s were a huge success. I’ll probably try pepper jack cheese next time, did Monterey Jack this time. I did 1-hour at 250F to get some good smoke flavor then cranked up to 350F for 30 min. Thanks for the help again!

...I then pulled my half and tossed them in Frank’s Hot Wing Sauce, then back on with the wife’s share for another 20 minutes. Amazing. Go Bengals.
My kid makes the best wing sauce I've had. Cup of regular Frank's, half cup white vinegar, half stick of butter, some minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce.
