Bull RecTeq Bull burn in and first cook

The Bull was assembled, connected to wifi, burned in and then I cooked chicken thighs at 400. The thighs came out fairly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Ready for a low and slow cook but that probably won't happen this weekend as a tropical storm is heading this way, so maybe next week. Forgot to take a pic of the finished chicken.

I'm a wimp... my Bull was delivered earlier this week, but it's just been too darn hot (100+degrees) to put together after work. Planning on getting it assembled and burned in tomorrow and cooking some chicken thighs for tomorrows dinner.
