New owner here as well! Congrats on the new order!

I got mine set up yesterday, and I'm waiting to get a few cooks in before posting an impressions thread, but so far it's been great after a couple of cooks. We just finished up some wings and I have them basting as I'm typing this. I also have some baby backs that I plan to grill up this weekend for Mother's Day.

I’ve had my 700 for two weeks. The other night I didn’t cook on it. Wife and son asked if there was something wrong with it. I’ve been making everything on it just to see what she can do. Good luck, have fun and keep us posted on all your successful meals.
