Well almost. Grill is supposed to arrive later today. Can’t wait!
Looking for any advice on prepping the grill. Like covering or not covering plate with foil, cooking oil on the grates at burn in, anything not covered in the manual. This is my second purchase of a pellet grill. Had a PB for three years…learned a lot. Always wanted a RecTeq
So excited To cook ribs for 4th of July!

First, welcome to the 700 club. You're going to love it. To foil or not to foil the drip pan? I foil, but I really think it's probably 50/50 on that one. All I did on burn in was follow the manual and smooth sailing from there. Smoke on!
