Just used Meat church brisket injection for the first time, extremely good. Can never go wrong with Holy Cow, Gospel or Voodoo on anything.

Holy Cow is great on steak or any kind of red meats.

Holy Voodoo I love for a lot of stuff. It is great on wings.

Ribs I love to do Hot Honey Hog bbq and gospel layered.

Hi. I love Holy Gospel (their blend of Gospel and Holy Cow) on just about everything...even as jerky seasoning. I usually add 1 - 2 tsp of Jalapeno powder/14oz shaker to spice it up a bit. Excellent products!
