Two more just to be sure the results were repeatable. Looks like my best setting is 400°F, on a cool night.

I have an old Sun CRT monitor box with built in handles that it fits perfectly in. I have a small wooden frame in the bottom of the box that stabilizes it. I store it in my unfinished walkout basement. You had me at skillet, but the creator built that pizza ..
I have great brick oven pizza results with just a pizza stone in my 340. I crank it to max.
How did your pizza's come out looking that awesome? I've made one pizza and basically had to throw it out because the bottom was BLACK. It was so burnt so bad.Thanks to this thread, I just got one of these (gift), and damn if it isn't awesome! First pies tonight.....
