Would tweak a few things but pretty damn good!

No expert here. Followed the 3-2-1 to the “T”. Wrapped with paper. I live at 5000 ft elevation and it was blowing wind, with rain & snow flurries at times. I prefer ribs moist and with a bit of a bite. Was just concerned they would be dry, but I think they could have cooked 15-20 minutes longer to render a bit more fat & think they would have still been moist & have the bite. Don’t have an insulated blanket yet. Love the 700.
