Good video. I follow Jeremy on YouTube and I really like his approach to smoking in a stick burner. The pellet video had less ‘science’ behind it than most of his videos, but still good stuff. I’ll agree with his conclusions on favorites-Lumber Jack and Cookin’ pellets, which most everyone with an opinion think make the recteq pellets. I’ve never used Traeger pellets because early on I heard the same complaints that Jeremy mentioned.

When I started using pellets for cooking. Cookin' pellets were reasonably priced on Amazon, I did like them.

Not a fan at all of the Recteq pellets. I just don't get much flavor at all with them. Came with my bundled bullseye. Just received my Lumber Jack pellets I hear are really good. We'll find out today.
