Bullseye Bullseye Temp Range

I just got my Bullseye today and had a question on the temp range. The manual says 200 - 500 with "Lo" below 200 and "riot" above 500. My temp selection does not go to 200. It goes from 225 to "Lo" with no 200 degree selection. Is this normal or should there be a 200 degree selection and then "Lo" if I go below that?

Mine is the same. Customer service told me that the lowest it would go is 225. I got mine a couple months ago.

I was under the impression that dials (or up / down arrow) lowest setting is 225, that when you put it on the "lo" setting it will run at 180 to 200 degrees. I tried "lo" once and it never went above 200 degrees. this is on my rt-b380 bullseye.
