Did some ribs tonight on the Bull. Everything started fine, but about 3 hours into the cook the Bull starts running at 260 instead of the 225 where I had it set. So for grins, I dropped it to 180 to see what happens. She stayed right on 260 area. I then shut it down and restarted. 180 set and the temperature went to 225. Ribs were done so I took them off and shut down.
Any ideas what happened?
