I rubbed with oil oil and Kinders Butter Steakhouse seasoning and put them on the grill for 2 hours at smoke setting which is about 180. Then bumped the grill up to 250 for the rest of the cook. I spritz every 45-60 minutes with 50/50 mix of ACV and Apple Juice. The first three where toothpick tender after 5 1/2 hours and the last after 6 hours.

These turned out great, very flavorful.

Nice work pitmaster. Beef ribs are on of my faves. So easy and so yummy. I have some in the freezer I need to defrost and get on my Bull! Thanks for the inspiration.
