Stampede Tri Tip on the 590

I may have to excuse myself from the forum if these talks continue.. I'm clearly out of place :unsure:

Seriously.. maybe one day I'll get the wife to give the green light on a piece like these. I want to try Wagyu Ribeye so bad. She just gives me that look if I even try to show her something like that. I would be terrified to cook it though in fear I would screw it up.
 
Wagyu Tri Tip and a Wagyu Picanha from KOW Steaks now in the house! They came frozen, expertly packed, very nice. I put both in the freezer for now as the weather here has been, and is forecast to be, unseasonably nasty for at least the next week.
