Too Hot To Cook

Hot is definitely a relative term. I lived in Tucson for 3 years and any cooking May-September could be at 105+. At the time I was using a vertical stick burner that you had to babysit to keep at temperature. Yesterday here in the OC, it was 109 and I was cooking from around 6:00 am-5:00pm. Not fun but it was good eating!

Wow! You were cooking! Everything looks fantastic! I'm getting ready to put a very large tomahawk steak on my grill now. It's only a mere 114 today. At least there's no humidity thank goodness!

That sounds delicious. Do you have a favorite Meat Market in G-Dale?
