Made 3 racks of St. Louis ribs last night. Used the standard 3-2-1 method (6 hours total).

In the "2" phase (aluminum foil), sprinkled brown sugar, butter, and *Mike's Hot Honey* (honey with chiles). The sweet heat from the chiles made a big difference. Was awesome!

I bought some of the Mike's Hot Honey as everyone has raved about it, but I wasn't impressed.

To each their own though.
