Prairie Fresh from Walmart. Meat Church "Honey Hog BBQ" rub. 275* for 4 hours (planned, but done in 3.5 hrs). Internal temp 190 at 3 hrs, so I knew they were getting close. Pulled at 3 hrs, painted with custom sauce, and back on for another 30 min. Result with Fast Eddy is usually great with just end ribs crispy, like jerky. But the rest are super good with nice bark, juicy meat. We enjoy the whole rack and ate most for dinner.
