Stampede Smoking in the rain

I just cover the vents with a tin shield as I don't have the RT bought rain thingies. Tried the popup screen house once, a year later it still smells. An E-Z up would be nice if it's not windy. I do cover the meat with foil as soon as it comes off the smoker for the run back to the house.
 
Three Turkey breast done. Now know big meal go in the middle of the smoker.

Rise and let them air dry cover . Recteq was preheat to 400 and back it back down to 275. And let it smoke. Used Traeger rub. On them.
