Bull Saturday ears!

Never thought of freezing assembled enchiladas if that’s where yours are headed, I freeze the sauce but that’s it. Going to try your idea. Looks great.

I’ve done it like this for years. It freezes well and cooks evenly when the time comes. I do add more enchilada sauce and cheese before the oven cook.

how do you store the? Vacuum seed bags? I like your Idea, never thought of it either.

Simply a double wrap of plastic. I assume you’d get freezer burn if left long enough. But just a double wrap.

Hmmm...with "Saturday ears" as the title, I was expecting smoked pigs ears. 
I'm guessing it was supposed to be "Saturday eats." The chicken enchiladas was a good second choice, however. Yours look great!
