Hope someone thought this through and has a solution: We have a dog and he will lick anything that smells good so our grill tools and parts always have to be up and away from his nose. Just got a RT700 and I would like to keep all my grill utensils/probes/grill grates underneath but in storage when cleaned after use. Anybody have a good system?

Brainstorming here I have considered a tool box/sterilite container and second rolling storage bin like a shop parts caddie/harbor freight tools cabinet. Ideally it would all be on the shelf underneath.

Anyone have something slick?

Michael

i am trying to figure this out also. my 2.5 year old boy will grab anything under the grill and throw it off the deck and say oh no! so im very curious to see what is suggested.

I found the Stanley 300 series middle tool box on eBay and waiting for it to arrive any day.

Well after having to return the first one due to being damaged, today I got the tool box installed. Love it!

Can't seem to find the Post with your question from today
Ssheridan74 "Did you drill holes in the bottom and mount it? Just got the same tool box and it’s going to need to be secured to the shelf."
No, the Toolbox seems to stay put
It has more than enough surface area, and I've filled it with enough stuff, that it does want to move around
Surprisingly, it holds a lot of stuff
