I have done some samplers from Kosmos.I agreed your not stuck with large sizes that go stale.

My wife mixes her own... fresh ingredients. Freshly ground spices and seeds. Love that. The premade ones are expensive and I cannot help wondering how long they have been ground.

I have three I mix myself, (2 of which are from Meathead’s book).
I was simply pointing out where RT buys their spices as a point of interest and likely fresher /cheaper directly from the source.
