Bullseye Rain filled the fire pot now the auger won't move

Rain water from a light drizzle came in my vents and filled the fire pot. This has jammed the auger.
Recteq said put channel locks and twist it out. I am pretty strong and after 30 mins no luck.
I have tilted it side and run gallons of hot water through it. No luck.
I have used a dead blow hammer to hit the end of the auger for 30 mins and no luck.

I am about ready to throw it out. Any other tips?

Already watched this. No matter hard I push or pull it will not move.

Put more water in it.. you already have the ignitor out.. that might already be a goner.

I will try that when I call support the guy said the only way was to twist it out and I am pretty sure I ruined the end of the Auger
