Bull Pellet grill cookbook

If you want a cook book, get one that is about BBQ, not necessarily about BBQ on a pellet grill. BBQ is more about target temps, time, etc. Makes no difference if you are using a charcoal smoker, a stick burner or a pellet grill.

I've had this one for years, and most of the recipes are on point.

Aaron Franklins book is really good. Not too many recipes, but there are quite a few. It's more a manifesto about how he smokes food.

I second the Smoke & Spice book. I’ve had that one for years too, but I can’t remember if it’s the revised edition or not.

Saw Susie from HeyGrillHey on Bobby Flays Master of Que last night. Surprised everybody that a rookie to Q contests came in 2nd out of 8.

I use recipes from her site a lot.
Same here (y)

You should check the following cookbooks:
  1. "The South’s Best Butts" by Matt Moore
  2. "Joy of Cooking" by Irma S. Rombauer
  3. "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" by Julia Child
The first book- "The South’s Best Butts" by Matt Moore, contains more than 50 recipe samples of honey garlic chicken wings, making it my favorite cookbook of all time.
I can't recommend any Youtubers or bloggers, but if you access the website https://sweetandsavorymeals.com, you will find inspirational recipes and food recommendations.

I’ve got a few grilling/smoking cook books, by far I get much more useful info from webs sites and forums. The books sit on a shelf seldom opened.

Thanks for posting this link Plumber

I've noticed that Jeremy "Mad Scientist" Yoder has been doing a lot of Pellet Grilling on his Utube Site lately
But yeah, I like Malcom Reed and Suzie too
There's another (new to me) Site .... "Rum and Cook" on YouTube
He does a lot of Pellet cooks

Not a “pellet grill cookbook,” but I’ve long used a copy of Paul Kirk’s Championship Barbeque book as a reference. https://www.amazon.com/Paul-Kirks-Championship-Barbecue-Lip-Smackin/dp/1558322426

It is a great collection of recipes and techniques that are applicable to any type of BBQ. With recipes for rubs, marinades, and sauces, and techniques applicable to a wide variety of meats and cooking styles, I find it to be a good resource. YMMV
