Spathcocking a turkey. Doing a pre-run on this as we speak. Been thawing a 14lb bird in the fridge for 4 days. About to drop it into a 5 gallon beverage cooler for brining. Didn't want to risk doing this for the first time on Thanksgiving day.Nothing better than the family telling you it’s the best ever. What’s cookin next?
