Most frequently cooked on the Recteq?

I'm a pretty dull guy when it comes to smoking. Best of my recollection, I've done ribs of all sorts of course, never did a chicken but I did smoke some pork belly. Got a hold of some uncured bacon and smoked that once. Several pork butts . A few steaks, but I don't like using it as a grill and won't be doing that anymore. Same with pizza. I did one or two pizzas. Did a small brisket a few months ago and that did not come out well. So now I have a 10-pounder that I am going to put on tomorrow. Here's a picture of what I did yesterday. St Louis overdone for my wife. and a whole bunch of cut up country style. They were delicious.

I don't like turkey beyond the breast......I'm a breast man.
After you're done with the part you like, have you tried making the drumsticks sticky with BBQ sauce like they do at the county fairs? Those are $17 each at the Texas state fair. And the rest gets pulled for Turkey Pot Pie.
