Wanted to do the pork butt, but didn't have time today. That will happen tomorrow.

Tried something a little different, used the Rectec Asian rub, cooking wings at 180 for 40 minutes to get some smoke. Then bumped them to 275 and cooked till they reached temp. Then coated them with Rectec bbq sauce and let them glaze at 400 degrees. All I can say is wow, best wings I have ever cooked.

We don't tie our Butts either
In fact; I take the Cut and extend it to fully "Butterfly" them
