That’s great. Need a little brown sugar, at a minimum, I think. Any Memphis rub recipe that does not have the celery seed is wrong, imo….that’s part of the secret..

Ah, yes; the cursive-deprived younger generations! We more senior folks can hide stuff right out in plain sight. I guess this is modern incarnation of the Navajo Code Talkers (a very interesting group for us history buffs, BTW).

My grandkids are learning cursive at their elementary school. We still have to be careful with what we leave laying around!

I qualify for "Superbird specials" at Denny's and I learned cursive growing up. But with the advent of computers, my cursive capabilities are pretty much gone. I'm a little shocked by it, but my handwriting was never "pretty", so I guess I'm not going to miss it much......

Oh, and not trying to be stinky, but aren't Tablespoon and Teaspoon abbreviations s'posed to be;

Or, maybe I'm just harkening back to my younger years.....
