Bull Just completed assembly !!

Just finished assembly on my new Bull. Now ready for burn in. Will have to wait till tomorrow for my first cook.
Smoked baby back ribs!
This guy went together just fine. This is going to be a lot of fun.
Lots of great recipes everywhere.

Build looks great! My shipment is still in transit.

What did you think of the build quality?
Does the unit shake at all?
Does the front folding shelf bend?
What about the lid of the hopper?
Also, how long is the power cable? I just realized that mine is on the opposite side so I need it to go from the left to past the right. (grrr) I opted for the cold smoker as well so I think that might pose a problem for me.

The unit is very well constructed grill. No problems with assembly. No shake to the grill at all. The front shelf seems quite stable. Hopper lid also solid. Power cable is 60" long.

Here is the result of my first cook yesterday,
Small beef rib.
Full slab of baby back rib.
Both smoked with just rub no sauce and what flavor!!
This Bull is really great to work on.

Thanks all. Its been a busy first few days, Smoked baby back ribs, smoked beef ribs. Smoked meatloaf, smoked chicken wings and burgers on the grill grate too!!
All very tasty and fun too!!
So many ways to smoke and grill so many things.
