Help! No Smoke!

What temp are you not smoking at? Have you called tech support? Is it really a 680? has It worked in the past or did you just get the grill?

Call recteq. Tell them you just bought a 680 pellet grill and it doesn’t make smoke like what you expect from a SMOKER. Report back here please on what they said.
