They will do custom grills. You can find and order these on Etsy (same company, but other companies do this as well for about the same price). The RT-700's go for $225 which isn't bad given the quality of work, and the size. I don't like the fact that material is just listed as "metal". (Yeah, Ok, what kind of metal and how thick is it?)

I saw these a few weeks ago and that was my question too. I was wondering if they were stainless or carbon, what grade, how thick. There were a lot of unknowns, which if I was truly interested in buying them I would contact them but that's as far as I got.
