We picked one up last weekend
Opened the Cryopack, and started to trim it the usual way
First thought: the Fat Cap was as if the "Skin" was still on it, and the Fat itself was more like Tapioca Pudding
The Flat turned-out to be only about an inch thick
The Fat layer between the Flat and the Point was just shy of and inch 3/4 of an inch thick and covering most of the area between the to Muscles
And most upsetting; was the Point had three strips of Fat (1/2" to 3/4") "Striped" across it, leaving very little useable Meat
All this leading-up to our most disappointing Cook to date

These are still on sale, at least in NE TX. I also saw they have beef short ribs on sale for $3.99 as well. Never have seen them that cheap. Now they are Choice and not Prime, but my guess is they would still be killer. I did grab a brisket, but still have 2 of the short ribs in my freezer, so passed on those. If anyone tries one of these, please let us know how they turned out as I have only done prime.
