You talking about the ones used for jerky? Those seem like the perfect idea. I saw some guy selling a shelf you have to drill holes to mount. Not a fan of drilling into my stainless steel bull!

No, I have heard about those and I’m not looking to drill into my Bull either! Plus, if I did it would be a challenge with the smoke box on the side.

I was speaking about the recteq large and small shelves. For example, the Stampede can accommodate 3 of the small shelves turned to run front to back, but one can only fit two on the Bull because of the light in the middle. I don’t have a need to put three small recteq shelves in the Bull, but I would like to put the two I have side-by-side on one end of the grill, or put in my large recteq shelf in and push it all the way to the back of the grill so that it is easier to get to the food on the main grates.

You will need a plug for the hole, and from what I understand a 1“ SS plug from a home improvement store works perfectly.

Yeah, our local Hardware has a whole big section full of this sort of stuff
