Hey boys and girls, do you know what today is? That's right, it's Homemade Sauseeege Making Day. I flavored them with Ernie's world famous Italian seasonings...and some wine. Going to add some smoke to them on the RT-590.

Fresh sausage day. 3 flavors, fennel, cheese and parsley, and hot. Going to put some on the 590. Made a few pinwheels for the grill too!

They had a sale on bottom round (stocked up) so I smoked a bottom round for roast beef on the 590 for New Years Eve. I have a professional slicer, so after resting in the fridge overnight, I sliced it paper thin. It was like butta. I used Everglades seasoning (a Florida thing) on it and was a hit.

Just did another plate of short ribs on the 590. This thing is awesome. Talk about dripping juicy! I threw some mini-golds on there with spices.

I'm a horns down. I found it more comfortable because it conforms to my hands. I do know they are meant to go up.

I tested the RecTeq App with my RT-590 on latest BlueStacks Android emulation software running on Widows 8. It works perfectly, without issue. So if you want to free up your phone, it's the way to go. No crashes and no network errors. I just smoked a duck, without issue.
