Hey boys and girls, do you know what today is? That's right, it's Homemade Sauseeege Making Day. I flavored them with Ernie's world famous Italian seasonings...and some wine. Going to add some smoke to them on the RT-590.

Look great! Nice setup and equipment.

Nice! What meat do you use? All pork, or a mix of other meats as well? I’ve even seen Italian sausage made with turkey. Just curious what you are using.

This was venison and Boston butt. 70 pork 30 venison.

Homemade sausage making day sounds like an absolute blast! There's something special about crafting your own sausages with unique flavors like Ernie's famous Italian seasonings and a hint of wine. Smoking them on the RT-590 grill is sure to add an extra layer of smoky goodness that will have everyone's mouths watering.
So what sausage maker do you use to make sausage to smoke on your RT-590? Also, why do you prefer the RT-590 to the RT-1070 and Beast that you own?
