New to the forum and the pellet smoking world. I bought the Recteq pellets to start with. I did buy an smoke tube as well because I like the extra smoke on pork loin/chops/shoulders. Any recommendations for good quality pellets? I don’t mind the price if I get a good product. Looking for options for pork and options for beef. Thanks!

Congrats and welcome aboard.
You can't go wrong with a smoke tube! I use mine more often than I should.

I tried a few different pellet brands and settled on Green Mountain pellets. They stay intact, even when you get to the bottom of the bag. They seem to have a little more smoke flavor than others. They burn clean leaving less ash than some of the others.

Ok. Like I said. New to the forum and I’m still trying to figure this out.
I have been using Lumberjack exclusively on my RT700 for over a year. No complaints at all, good quality product. If you have a Rural King store close by, that would be a potential place to get them.

I use lumber jack currently but have also used cookinpellets. I have also used once pitt boss. My only complaint with those was there was a ton of dust in the bag but that could be just to being moved around so much being at a big box store(Wal-mart).

They are all pretty close to the same. One tip I have is if you want more smoke flavor, buy the 100% varieties. What I have tried to do when buying pellets is to keep the price around 50 cents a lb. For some people or if you have to buy online, that can be very difficult. Lumber Jack is sold at Rural Kings for $8.88 for 20 lbs. I was(perhaps still will) buy Cookinpellets from a dealer who sold them at 50 cents a lb if you bought a certain amount of bags. Since I have gone back and forth, the one difference I saw between lumber jack and cookinpellets, the cookinpellets produced WAY less ash. But as far as smoke flavor, didn't notice any difference.

Long story short, find the deals by you and try out whatever brand. The only brand I won't ever buy is Traeger for them getting caught in the past putting oils into their woods for "flavor".

Ill second this. I prefer GMG Gold for beef. Otherwise run LJ Comp or Bear Mountain are my go tos.

I’m going to rebel a little bit and admit that I like the Smokehouse Products brand. There’s very little ash, the smoke flavor is pretty decent, and I haven’t had a single issue yet. It doesn’t hurt that you can get a 40 lb. bag for $15 at Sam’s Club, either. I prefer the Smokehouse Blend when I go the Sam’s route.

Can't beat Sam's club (y)

Not hugely experienced here as I'm still new to pellet grilling, but I've tried Traeger pellets and the Rec Teq blend, and found the Rec Teq pellets get up to higher temps much more quickly and burn with far less ash.

I have tried 5 or 6 brands and have settled on B B 40 lb Championship Blend Pellets (Mix of Pecan, Cherry and Post Oak).

They burn well, very little dust in the bag and for $14.99 for 40 lbs at Academy Sports, its a great deal.
