I've had my RT 700 for about a week. I had a few minor problems. I've had nothing but excellent support from Recteq. I've called them maybe six times and they bent over backwards to satisfy me. Some of the best support I've ever had from a company so far. They have always been friendly and said to call back anytime for any questions.
