This is my first experience using a pellet smoker. Having owned the Bullseye for a few weeks, I thought to share some of my observations.
Overall, it seems like a good piece of gear so far, although the hinges are weak. The hinge screws stripped very easily but a quick trip to Ace hardware and six locknuts later we are good to go.
The grill started up nicely and I completed the first burn in without issue. I broke it in with a large batch of chicken wings. Second cook was burgers, testing out the grilling capabilities. That went off without a hitch. My third cook was 2 racks of St Louis style ribs using Kingsford cherry pellets. The ribs were delicious.
So far pleased with the Bullseye. I also have a gas grill, an electric smoker and a small stick burner.
