put on a chuck roast this morning before I left for work. Dry brined overnight, then some Heffer dust this morning.
Asked my wife to wrap it with butcher paper around lunchtime.
About 30 minutes later I saw through the app the temp was dropping. Asked her to look in the hopper.
She filled it back up and it got back up to temp in about 5 minutes.
She saved the day
