Nothing. I was all set to do a ham on the Bull today. This morning my wife declared we will be doing it in the kitchen oven so she can smell it cooking like when she was a kid. Oh well. Happy wife, happy life.

Beef Tenderloin on the RT 590, I have never done a tenderloin, it was magnificent! Family loved!
Roasted potatoes, mushrooms, roasted Carrots and Broccoli with rolls!

Nothing today, took the day off, but yesterday did beef plate ribs. Did not eat them yet, I slice them into individual bones, then wrapped and froze them for quick meals.
