Bull TriTip tonight

So wife and I invited her parents over for the Seahawks game and I said I will do a tri tip on the Rec TEC. My father-in-law has a pit boss. So he was curious. Gotta say the bull is amazing!!!! Couldn’t be happier everyone loved the meat!

The platter is themed as much of our house is as my wife and I both are scuba divers.....thanks for the props on the meat, I swear the Bull makes it easy it ain’t my skills. Lol. As for the hawks. All I can say is I am not surprised.

Seattlepaul1975, I like to make an au jus to serve with ours. 1 qt beef stock, 1/4 cup rub (I've been using John Henry Texas Brisket Rub), a splash of Dales Seasoning (sauce), a splash of hot wing sauce, a splash of red wine, a little splash of worchestershire. Works great for steaks too.
